HENB Director Presents at the 1st Research Conference on Belizean Women

 
 

HENB Director, April Martinez presented at the 1st Research Conference on Belizean Women, organised by the University of West Indies Open Campus, Belize on the 31st of March in 2022.

April talked about what we understand as heritage and culture and the role of women in safeguarding heritage. She then highlighted some of the challenges that women face in the heritage field, aspiring for better solutions and a better future.
